Keep it in an airtight container at room temperature for 2–3 days. It will refrigerate beautifully for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
For the best flavor and texture, bring the cake to room temperature before serving. For extra tenderness, warm a slice for 15 seconds in the microwave — the one exception being the Limone Cake — or simply let it rest at room temperature.
No. Every cake is freshly and artisanally baked, and made entirely without preservatives.
Yes. We personally hand-deliver every order and never outsource our deliveries — so your cake arrives exactly as it should.
